마오닝 대변인은 2025년 4월 시 총서기 겸 주석이 베트남을 성공적으로 국빈 방문하여 전략적 의의를 지닌 공동의 미래를 함께 구축하는 중국-베트남 운명공동체가 새로운 단계에 진입했다고 밝혔다.
마오닝 대변인은 중국이 또 람 총서기가 주석으로 당선된 후 방문할 첫 번째 국가라는 점을 지적하면서 이는 양국 양당 간 관계 발전을 중시하는 태도를 충분히 보여준다고 강조했다.
