I will go behind bars.” Another message, sent to a woman professional from his field, read, “Do not text or call me anywhere after you see this message. I will call you once everything is settled. Most likely, police will contact you to ask about our relationship. Tell them we are friends.” Mahendra and Kruthika got married in May 2024. Both were working at a hospital in Bengaluru. However, Mahendra reportedly became upset over Kruthika’s ill health and grew close to four or five women. He allegedly told some of them separately that he wanted to marry them.
