ULSAN, April 9 (Yonhap) -- A fire broke out on a Navy submarine undergoing maintenance at a shipyard in the southeastern city of Ulsan on Thursday, leaving one person missing, officials said.
The fire began on the vessel at the shipyard operated by HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. at 1:58 p.m., prompting some 40 people to evacuate.
Fire authorities got the main blaze under control at 3:04 p.m. and are currently searching for the missing woman in her 60s.
