African-American/Cameroonian artiste, Aurikay, is expanding her creative footprint with a new initiative aimed at discovering and empowering grassroots talent.Tagged ‘Aurikay Stars Reality Special – Street to Studio Edition’, the project is scheduled to hold in Lagos from May 1 to May 3, and is designed to bridge the gap between street performers and the mainstream music industry.
A statement shared with Saturday Beats read, “The reality special will bring together emerging street artists and rising talents in a competitive and collaborative environment where music, performance, and creativity take centre stage. Participants will go through a series of challenges, performances, and games, with mentorship elements integrated into the experience.”
